Workshop titles are listed to the left. For a complete description of each workshop, please click on the appropriate title from the list. The workshops are geared toward the beauty and practicality of practicing yoga as we grow older. They are appropriate for all ages, students and teachers. Although it is extremely subtle, the aging process starts by the early thirties. As we continue to age, there is a natural tendency to become increasingly weak, stiff, and forgetful. Unless otherwise specified, the workshops are appropriate for students of varying skills and abilities so that each can do the postures according to their personal needs.
Breath awareness is included in all of the workshops. The workshops focus on varying topics as described on the individual workshop pages. They can vary in length from three hours to a weekend or an entire week.
