Oh oh. Are you like many of us who love yoga but avoid practicing it? You know you want to, you know you “should”, you know how beneficial it is and yet another day passes without it. Do you then go to bed hoping, thinking, and planning to do it tomorrow?
It’s normal for a student to leave class with the inspiration to practice at home and quickly meet discouragement wondering how to begin and what to do. The short amount of time it takes to do even 10 minutes of yoga dissolves into just a passing thought.
If this is your experience, fret no more. The intent of this one or two day workshop is to help you develop and enjoy a purposeful daily practice. It will show you the basics for designing and planning sequences for your particular body and life style. It will also give you start-up routines with hand outs for 5, 10, 20 and 30 or more minute practices. The enigma of practicing on your own will be solved.
