If it is difficult for you to bend over to pick up something from the floor, if your legs feel tight, or if you are less mobile now than you were a few years ago, this workshop is for you. It is important to safely stretch and balance the muscle groups that control this movement. You will learn to practice some safe, simple and effective postures to improve your forward bending and move more freely.
